Our Lot!

Finally! After searching and searching for a house we have decided to build! We couldn’t find anything that was perfect for us so with the incentives the builders were giving we thought the best option was just to build. We have went to the design center and picked out everything and they are going to break ground in a week or two. Below is a picture of us at our lot!

Night in Paris

I had a great time with Stephanie & Akai last Saturday night. Their Night in Paris theme was beautiful. The whole place was decorated to a T and they were so much fun to work with. Here are a few of my fav’s.

House Hunting…

Why does house hunting have to be so difficult. It seems as if every place we find that we could call “home” something is always holding us back. We found some great condos in Westfield, thought we might make an offer on one and then what is going in behind it? Oh…just some industrial warehouse. I thought to myself – “Do I want to be woken up at 2 AM by a semi-truck taking off? Probably not… But Wednesday I will look again…another house…probably to find a landfill behind it I guess I shouldn’t be rushing since Danielle and I have 6 months to find one but it would still be nice to be able to get it ready! I am starting to realize how much work life is…and how little time there is in the day. I have all the respect for every wedding I go to now. Since starting the planning of my wedding there seems to be a never ending checklist. Everyone says its so much work but until you have to actually do it you don’t really understand. So I guess what I am saying is BRIDES WHO HAVE MADE IT TO THERE WEDDING DAY…Congrats! Ok…enough babble for tonight!

Stumbled Upon….

Cool plugin I just found for Firefox called “Stumble Upon” You can put in the interests you like and you can click stumble upon and it will bring up random websites that fit your criteria. It’s a good way to get yourself away from the same ole’ stuff on the web. Especially you Facebook addicts

Danielles Wedding Band

So after two trips to Chicago I finally was able to pick up Danielle’s wedding band. Woohoo! That’s one more thing checked off the list!

Christmas!

Just thought I would drop a few pics from Christmas this year. Me and Danielle got our first Christmas decoration from my grandma Then thinking ahead…I went to Kmart at 8 0′clock the day after Christmas to get all of Danielle and I’s christmas decorations for next year. Our tree is going to be awesome and only half the price I know I am ridiculous.

My Engagement!

Danielle and I had our engagement pictures taken this weekend. Gerald took our pictures and made it a lot of fun for us. It was weird having a whole shoot where I didnt have to do anything, but I enjoyed it. Here are a few of my favs…

New Car!

So after making a few attempts to fix Danielle’s car I had officially ruined it. I was trying to learn how to fix some things on cars but I think the number 1 think I learned was not to try to fix them. So my dad was able to find her a 94 Cavalier. I know you think wow a 94 cavalier….but it had 12,000 miles on it! So she is going to drive it til we get settled in and married. A little old lady drove the car new off the lot and finally traded it in after 14 years. The inside I swear still smells like new .Here we are with her new car.

Ludwigs Engagement

Last Sunday I had the privilege of taking Tiffany and Dwight’s Engagement pictures. They were an awesome couple who I had a ton of fun with. We took their pictures in their parents beautiful backyard, which made for some really neat pictures. Some of my favs:)
